I'm so glad you'll be joining us for the weekend festivities at this year's Django in June. There are two tables a bit further down the page, one devoted to housing, concerts, food and the facility fee, and the other devoted to clinics. You can use them to register for the weekend online. (It is too late to register by mail, so the mail-in registration forms have been removed.) If you would prefer not to pay online, you can let me know which clinics you would like to attend via email and pay on arrival, but it is vastly preferable to have the financial side of things taken care of in advance if at all possible.
Note: The exact location of clinics may not be set till the last minute (determined by size) so please come to the dorm where we are staying — Franklin King — at least 30 minutes early to get oriented. (Directions)
Please read through the information that follows just to be sure you understand your options. If you have already done so and you are ready to jump elsewhere, you can use the links in the table immediately below.

General Registration Options
Housing: You can either get a private room in the dorm or stay elsewhere if you'd like. We may have one or two rooms for couples if that's of interest. One thing you can not do is come in a camper and sleep either in the parking lot or a nearby neighborhood. Northampton is a lovely place but, trust me, it ain't no Woodstock and you will be jeopardizing our good relationship with the college and its neighbors if you try to go hippie on us. Sorry. I love goin' hippie myself.
About Concert Tickets: Get your tickets now for both the Friday and Saturday night shows. You can pick up the actual ticket on arrival at the dorm or the Chapel where the concerts will be held.
About Food: The on-campus weekend meal plan covers Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast and offers a convenient way to stay well-fed and well-connected, too. Sorry, but we can't offer the option of taking just a meal or two in the dining hall. If you decide not to take this option the student center will likely be open for a quick bite and downtown Northampton is a 15-20 minute walk away, offering a variety of good food options. We will likely have to stop taking food reservations several days before the weekend, so make these arrangements as early as possible.
About the Facility Fee: This does not apply to those who are either attending a clinic or staying in the dorms. If, however, you are neither going to stay in the dorm nor attend any clinics, but you want to hang for the weekend to jam, this fee helps us cover the many expenses we incur just by being here for you. If you pay this now and later decide to attend a clinic or stay in the dorm, the fee will be applied to that expense. You can pay either $40 for the whole weekend or $20 for whatever small piece of the action you choose. Enjoy, and thanks for helping out.
