Once you stray beyond the most widely known tunes of the standard GJ repertoire, it's anyone's guess what someone else is going to know. For those of you who are coming to Django in June who would like to take a step off the most beaten path, here are just a few suggestions of songs you might learn and toss out at a jam for variety's sake. They are all well established within the tradition.
I have included a simple lead sheet for each and a couple audio clips so you can approach it from either angle or both. Please do not regard the lead sheets as authoritative in any way. They're just intended to help you get started. That said, if you notice any clear mistakes let me know. I recommend all the recordings that the clips are drawn from, though some are hard to find. If the recordings are available at all you can probably find them at Djangobooks.com.
